We really enjoyed our whole stay! But, one thing that really stood out was the amazing customer service! The people working front desk really great! Super polite, very accommodating, made conversation, over all just really sweet! They gave us an upgrade at check-in which allowed my kids to get bunk beds! They were psyched about that! They also even gave us a little bit later of a check out time so that my kids could enjoy the pool a little longer that morning! Thank you so much Holiday Inn for everything!

Convenient location, within walking distance to everything you need. Plus, there's a cool Lakehouse nearby where you can unwind. 🌅

The staff members were friendly and they went extra miles to accommodate me with an additional reservation. One of the staff members helped me the next day in finding the wineries which were open for me to visit. Excellent! The view of the Lac Michigan is a breathtaking, especially at the sun set I will definitely return.

More variety of fruits for Breakfast

We loved the location near the lake. It felt safe here, and there was a nice view on all directions. Also, the breakfast had a wide assortment of options. We loved the cinnamon rolls! Very nice lobby and good looking hotel. Super friendly staff! I would stay here again if I were ever going to stay in St. Joseph again, but I doubt that will happen.

We stayed in the family suite, and it's a great idea, but we couldn't figure out why there would be a bunk bed in a separate room from two queen beds. We are a married couple with four older kids-- unfortunately the logistics caused us, the parents, to take the bunk beds (we really needed the door between us and the kids!) The mattress killed my back. The pool and hot tub were nice, but there was a used bandaid on the side of the hot tub over the span of three days we were there- makes you wonder how clean it all is.

The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help, and the rooms had comfortable king-size beds.

The staff was VERY friendly. The lady who set up the continental breakfast was great. She was helpful, very kind to our grandchildren and really went out of her way to be helpful.

The exterior does not do justice to the niceness and cleanliness of the Hotel.

finding a parking spot was tough when returning late night.

Hotel was good looking and quiet. The room was brand-new. The staff were absolutely courteous. Services were excellent. The bed in the room with a king bed was great. I had a fantastic time at this hotel. The appearance was nice and everything seemed new and well-kept. The staff were really friendly and the services offered were top-notch. Plus, the bed in my room, which had a king bed, was exceptionally comfortable.

The breakfast here is complimentary and really good! They serve pancakes, gravy, and French toast 🥞.
